Lionel Rosnet is the school Director and your main educator. Lionel gained extensive experience in wine education over the last 10 years, focusing on sharing essential, useful wine service techniques to front-of-house staff to ensure optimum customer experience.

Weekday afternoons at your premises, between lunch and dinner shifts.
All-day at our school in Geneva, on your day of closure.
