A glass of sparkling wine on arrival
1 hour in the 2 Michelin-star kitchen with Head Chef Damien Coche, helping preparing the cold and warm amuse-bouches
1/2 hour presentation of Swiss terroir by Head Sommelier Loïk Tavernier, in a private Salon nestled next to the fine wine cellar
1 hour guided tasting of 6 Swiss wines by Switzerland Wine School Director Lionel Rosnet, enjoying a perfectly matched amuse-bouche with each wine
1/2 hour closing climax tasting a sweet amuse-bouche and dessert wine perfect pairing
